An App to Offset Your Appetite
Between weekend brunches at Sant Ambroeus, after work cocktails with clients at the Standard, and a seemingly endless number of dinners with friends, life in New York City can easily take its toll on your schedule, not to mention your body! Yes, you go to the gym religiously, but you also tend to have two too-many cocktails at Industry and often opt for the molten chocolate cake at Extra Virgin.
In response to the wonderful temptations New York has to offer, the Lose It app was created to help you keep track of your food and exercise so you can maintain some semblance of balance, and monitor what you’re drinking, eating and how often you’re exercising…resulting in a fit physique.
More specifically, this nifty app allows you to set goals, share progress with your friends (if you so dare), track your habits, what you’ve eaten and the amount you’re exercising all on a functional app.
For even more motivation, place the app next to Grindr on your iPhone so you can mix guilt with pleasure!
