Beautiful and Beastly at The Mondrian SoHo

Spectacular restaurants have always been a great draw to top hotels in Manhattan. Most recently, Morgans Hotel Group’s hip new downtown property Mondrian SoHo has opened it’s culinary addition, Imperial No. Nine.

Imperial No. Nine, the new restaurant by Sam Talbot of Surf Lodge, is as beautifully elegant as it is edible. Designed by Benjamin Noriega-Ortiz, the 180-person dining area has been created in an effort to evoke the 1946 French film classic, La Belle et La Bête.

The restaurant, currently serving breakfast, lunch and dinner, is divided into two main areas: a glassed-in bar and main dining area, however the entire menu is available throughout.

Whether you select a beastly cocktail or something beautiful from the dinner menu, you’ll live your evening happily ever after!
