Everything’s Coming Up Roses
The deeply profound Bret Michaels waxed poetic when he sang that “every rose has its thorn.” Girls and boys everywhere were moved to tears and Belgian floral designer Tomas de Bruyne was obviously inspired.
Along with roses, De Bruyne believes every tulip, peony, and hyacinth has its place in a modern arrangement. He has won awards around the world for his abstract works and they are as sculptural as they are ornamental. The designs are structured, sophisticated, and certainly worth preserving as true art.
Hopefully De Bruyne’s designs will lighten the mood and prevent all those cowboys from singing sad, sad songs.
