Feed Your Fetish
Spikes, studs and leather are not typically associated with anything “nice,” especially not charity. This Saturday, Folsom Street East hosts its annual “A Fetish for Fashion” fundraising event, benefitting Housing Works. This is not your mother’s black-tie gala, and while the event will support a good cause, we expect the boys to be bad. So bad, in fact, that they may even get spanked.
The evening will be highlighted by a runway show featuring designs by some of the city’s best fetish-inspired fashions including FM Leather Design and The Eagle Store. You will also have the opportunity to bid on a custom-made leather jock by David Samuel Menkes, New York City’s notorius leather sartorialist.
So if chains and whips excite you, “A Fetish for Fashion” gives you the unique opportunity indulge for a good cause.
Paddles at the ready, gentlemen!
