We’ve all seen and love the music video for Beyonce’s “Single Ladies,” thanks to a very memorable 3 minutes and 19 seconds of nonstop choreography. But don’t think Sasha Fierce came up with that routine all by herself. For that we must thank Jonte’.
An “androgynous male,” as he explains it, Jonte’ has always garnered much attention for his appearance. He doesn’t claim to be a drag queen, but comfortably and confidently rocks women’s clothing and towering heels, which has made him quite big in Japan – for real!
Years ago we fell in love with the club track “Bitch U Betta,” and now Jonte’ is back with another hot hit called “Ya Rude.” It has a witty, funny, catchy chorus, contrasted against a sexy verse, and it really just delivers in all respects. A perfect song for serving runway and tearing up a late-night dance party, Jonte’ also brings it hard with a strong video for the new single.
