Start to quit today
Smokers don’t really want to quit smoking. Maybe they want to stop inhaling poison and not get lung cancer. Maybe they don’t want to have to step outside in the snow and rain to light up. But they don’t want to stop smoking. They want to have that cigarette in their hand. We get it. It’s habit. It’s something to do in social situations. Pills and patches and gum just don’t compare.
